Bobby Huntley Films Presents the Documentary 'What Had Happened Was...The Herbert and Cleofis Story' Movie Premiere to Screen at Atlantic Station Regal Theater on May 12th

    ATLANTA, GA, May 11, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Every filmmaker has that movie that is going to be the one. It may actually be the one that never was released. In the spring of 2010, Bobby Huntley and his friends embarked on an ambitious film project that's never been released.

The Herbert and Cleofis Story was meant to be a 1940's period piece screwball comedy with lots of bells and whistles made with no money or script. After two years of filming and ten years of waiting, here's the blistering behind the scenes story of the film that has been the center of a lot of heartache and controversy for this group of friends and creatives. We bring the main cast together to discuss and reflect on the movie that almost was in this documentary.
