It doesn't matter what one's political persuasion is. There are facts that must be looked at if we ever want to improve things. God is always doing His part, now we must do ours.
REEDSVILLE, WI, May 13, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The second season of Rev. Richard Klingeisen's acclaimed online series, A Life of Giving, debuted with the four-part "Special in God's Eyes". This podumentary event introduced a pair of themes—religious liberty and right to life—which Klingeisen addressed simultaneously for the duration of the series-within-a-series. In fact, he handled it so well that when it came time to decide the content of the next episode, Klingeisen & Co. doubled down on the theme episode concept.
Arriving this week, "Me Me Me" (Season 2; Episode 2) sees host, Richard Klingeisen, return to a more streamlined version of his program with a single, standalone episode. Also streamlined here is the theme concept, which has gone from two topics to one: crime. This marks the first time Klingeisen has ever narrowed his focus on the show to a single subject.
Rest assured, though, a narrowed focus does not mean a shortage of content, insight or purpose. The crime theme allows Klingeisen to employ all of his usual methods with more skill and style than ever before.
"The conversation of why this is happening is important," says Rev. Klingeisen. "But, we also need to be able to discuss where we go from here. Crime, homelessness and mental health problems are rampant in today's society and, as always, we must trust that God has a plan."
Many people nowadays have noticed an alarming rise in lawlessness all over the country, but particularly in big cities. Riots, arson, assault, rape, and even murder have become a sad reality of life in America for many. This crime trend has also begun to spread from crowded, urban cities to less populous locales like Rev. Klingeisen's native Wisconsin.
The new episode, aptly titled "Me Me Me"--in reference to today's culture of self-absorption--explores the many shadings and subtleties of our current crime situation in America. Politicians, media networks, tech companies, and the criminal justice system itself are all discussed, but so, too, is God and how He fits into all of this:
Where is God when people are getting thrown onto the NYC subway tracks?
What is God's plan for all these homeless people in America?
Is it any wonder this stuff is happening when we've taken God out of culture to such a degree?
If you've asked yourself any of the above questions lately, this episode is for you;
If you've been afraid to walk in your neighborhood for fear of being attacked, this episode is for you;
Even if you live in the safest place in the country and have no direct exposure to any of it, this episode is for you!
Rev. Klingeisen adds: "By focusing on a single subject with this installment, I've been able to hopefully provide comfort and direction to people on a relevant issue of these times. It doesn't matter what one's political persuasion is, there are facts that must be looked at if we ever want to improve things. God is always doing His part, now we must do ours."
