Valencia by FivePoint Celebrates The Holiday Season

    SANTA CLARITA VALLEY, CA, November 10, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Community gatherings, community giving, and festive celebrations are on the calendar at Valencia by FivePoint, as residents, new buyers and visitors move into the holiday season. Look for holiday lights and decorations throughout the community, and please share in Valencia's November Food Drive and December's Toy Drive.

Providing nourishing food to local families is already underway, with food drop-offs welcomed until November 16 and benefiting Santa Clarita Valley Food Pantry. Some suggested non-perishable food items: cranberry sauce, canned vegetables, stuffing, pasta, pasta sauce, rice, instant mashed potatoes, cornbread/muffin mix and canned gravy or gravy mix. Cereals, canned meats and fish, crackers and other dry goods are also welcomed.

Valencia by Five Point is also joining hands with the Boys and Girls Club for a community Toy Drive. Just around the corner, it starts right after Thanksgiving and runs through the end of December. Please bring a new, unwrapped item to The Porch for this drive. Toys, books, games and art supplies are all welcomed!

Meanwhile, the community continues to grow, with more than 900 households to date choosing their home at Valencia by FivePoint. Today, ownership opportunities span 13 collections, in attached and detached designs, many with model homes available for touring.
