"It's kind of an insider's secret that what we call 'Cabernet Season' is one of the best times to visit," said Eric Reichert, president and CEO of the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce and Welcome Center.
CALISTOGA, CA, November 17, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Now in its 13th year, the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce and Welcome Center's Winter in the Wineries Passport Program returns to offer Passport holders one-time complimentary tastings at each of the 16 participating wineries in the Calistoga AVA (American Viticultural Area) from December 3, 2022 through February 5, 2023. Additionally, Passport holders receive special restaurant offers and discounts at select Calistoga lodging properties, spas, and downtown shops. Passports are $75 each. Pre-orders are now available online at http://visitcalistoga.com/winter-in-the-wineries-passport or by calling the Calistoga Welcome Center at 707-942-6333. Valued at over $400 in wine tastings alone, the Passport is considered the best value of tasting in Napa Valley, not to mention a great gift idea for the holidays.
With each Passport page stamped, Passport holders are sure to enjoy the opportunity to swirl and sip in celebration of the Napa Valley's "Cabernet Season," the time of year when Harvest Season comes to a close, crowds are less, temperatures are mild, and a slower, more intimate atmosphere emerges.
