Gottfried will speak on a panel on Friday, Feb. 10.
The panel, titled "Hot Topics for Closely Held Businesses," will cover recent developments in legislation, regulatory guidance, and noteworthy legal cases impacting closely held businesses. Gottfried will lead the discussion on a recent tax court case regarding fair market valuation (Champions Retreat Golf Founders LLC et al. v. Commissioner).
After attending the session, participants will be able to:

• Analyze the tax implications of recently passed legislation
