Plastic surgeon Darrick Antell named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 24 years

Antell, MD, has been recognized as a 2024 Castle Connolly Top Doctor — the 24th year he has received the prestigious Top Doctor honor! Dr. Antell is a highly regarded plastic surgeon in private practice on New York City's Park Avenue. Known for his nuanced "whisper, not scream" approach to plastic surgery, he has unique expertise and anatomical insight because he was trained as both a plastic surgeon and a dentist.

Dr. Antell performs a broad spectrum of sophisticated procedures for the face, breast, and body — many minimally invasive. Dr. Antell earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio after earning a DMD degree at Case Western Reserve University Dental School.

He completed a three-year surgery residency at Stanford Medical Center and a three-year plastic surgery residency at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, where he served as Chief Resident of Plastic Surgery in his third year.
