Pickleball Club to Open at 1200 White Street in Atlanta

    ATLANTA, GA, October 18, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dill Dinkers, a growing pickleball franchise, will open a club at the 1200 White Street development in Atlanta's West End. Dill Dinkers has signed a 35,891-square-foot lease, with plans to open the club in the first quarter of 2025. It will be the pickleball club's first location in metro Atlanta.

The state-of-the-art pickleball club will feature Pro-Cushion® court surfaces, individually fenced courts, event space and a pro shop. Ackerman Retail Senior Vice Presidents Suzanne Shank and Kelly Wilson completed the lease with Dill Dinkers on behalf of owners Ackerman & Co. and Baltisse.

1200 White Street is a 211,585-square-foot facility being transformed as a mixed-use development, with space for retail, restaurants, creative offices, experiential concepts and high value-add industrial. The property provides direct access to the Atlanta Westside BeltLine and is just down the street from Lee + White, a popular adaptive reuse project featuring a food hall, restaurants, breweries, retail, service providers and high-tech businesses.
