At the Yangshou cooking school, chefs will learn to cook regional Chinese cuisine in a traditional courtyard house set among the amazing scenery of Guanxi Province. They will then visit the colorful local market to select ingredients and learn the information and secrets that have been handed down for generations from the locals.
