Ms. Maxwell has seven years of professional experience in budgeting and human resource management. As personnel officer for the Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector's Office, a state government office specializing in financial and performance audits and management services for county governments, state agencies, boards, commissions, trusts, and EMS districts, she is responsible for managing human resources, payroll, benefits and budgets for state agency employees. Prior to becoming personnel officer, Ms. Maxwell worked as an audit intern for four years, eventually rising to her current position through hard work and the support she received from administration.

A Certified Personnel Professional in the State of Oklahoma, Ms. Maxwell earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2006 and is currently pursuing her JD at Oklahoma City University. She was listed in the President's and Dean's Lists of the University of Oklahoma in 2006. In her spare time, she volunteers with the American Red Cross and United Way. Ms. Maxwell looks forward to continuing her career in public service and aspires to venture into employment law in the future.
