He has served as a featured facilitator on national and regional platforms including a September 2007 workshop at National Sales Network's annual conference in Washington, D.C., and a July 2008 workshop at the Texas Leadership, Education, and Diversity conference at Rice University, Houston, TX. He was also recognized with the Best in Division Award by Abbott Laboratories for creating and implementing field service representatives' communication skills training program that was adopted globally. He has received Omega Man of the Year honors from Delta chapter of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, and received national recognition during the July 2008 Conclave in Birmingham, AL for his Life Membership and 25 years of excellent service.
