Mr. Ruzicka previously served in the U.S. Army, during which stint he earned his nursing license as well as several military awards. Named among the Outstanding Young Men of America by the Alaska State Legislature in 1983, he considers his hard work and dedication to be the driving forces behind his success.

In addition to industry-related training, Mr. Ruzicka received an Associate's Degree in History and Science from the University of Maryland. In his spare time, he coaches soccer. His goals for the future include taking over the company and expanding operations to other states.
