As executive director, he is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of four facilities that conduct residential treatment programs, conducting education programs and supervising mental health treatment. Mr. Nicholson received his Bachelor of Arts in Mortuary Science from the University of Connecticut in 1992 and completed coursework in mental healthcare. He is affiliated with the Freemasonry and volunteers for the Salvation Army and the Women and Children's Shelter.
