Michael B. Borys Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

    WATERLOO, NY, October 11, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michael B. Borys, E-911 Dispatcher at Seneca County E-911 Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of emergency medical dispatching.

With eight years of professional experience, Mr. Borys plays the role of a meteorologist, police officer, firefighter, emergency medical services personnel, mentor, and psychiatrist. As E-911 dispatcher, he is responsible for dispatching emergency, non-emergency and administration calls. He attended Finger Lakes Law Enforcement Academy, but was unable to complete training due to unexpected illness and had to take up a different career. He underwent surgery in 2001 and started his career as a dispatcher at the police department. Mr. Borys then joined the Seneca County E-911 Center and offers dispatching services to the police and fire department, emergency medical technicians, the North and South Seneca ambulance, and the public works department.

Mr. Borys received an Associate's Degree in Information Technology and Administration from Kaplan University in 2004 and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Cayuga Community College in 2000. He volunteers for the Red Jacket Fire Department and the American Red Cross and aspires to become a coordinator for the E-911 center.
