A recipient of the Certificate of Achievement in Food Service from the Erie County Department of Health, she considers her hard work to be the driving force behind her success.

Certified in food handling and safety, Ms. Graham received her Associate of Arts in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2008. She counts the Special Olympics and United Way among her favorite charities.
