Barbara Martin, MA, Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

    PENSACOLA, FL, October 12, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Barbara Martin, a teacher for the Escambia County School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of teaching.

With 17 years of teaching experience, 12 of which have been in her current position, Ms. Martin is responsible for teaching mathematics to gifted students in grades three through eight utilizing a unique program. In addition, she coordinates special programs, prepares students for tests and evaluates each student's progress. Ms. Martin received her Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Auburn University in 1972 with an endorsement in gifted from The University of Alabama in 1995 and is a member of the National Education Association and Alpha Delta Kappa. She supports the Arthritis Foundation and the American Diabetic Association.
