Joseph D. Foltz Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

With professional experience that spans over 10 years, Mr. Foltz specializes in writing special education curriculum. As intervention specialist, he is responsible for creating individualized education plans and mentoring students. His passion for teaching inspired him to become involved in his profession, and he considers his hard work, dedication and the support he receives from his colleagues to be the keys to his success.

Mr. Foltz received his Bachelor's Degree from Ohio State University in 1992 and his certification in special education from Miami University in 1997. In his spare time, he volunteers for the Presbyterian Church and supports the American Cancer Society. He aspires to receive the Teacher of the Year Award before retiring.

With 70-80 percent minority enrollment, Mt. Healthy City School District is dedicated to providing academic excellence to 4th through 6th-grade students. The school district is recently implemented a successful new corrective reading program and started a new mathematics series.
