Prior to establishing Hidden Hills Equipment Group, LLL, Ms. LeRoy-Schild was President of El Coyote Restaurants, which she sold in 2006. She then established her current business in 2007. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Ms. LeRoy-Schild now specializes in operations management. She is responsible for managing the financial and administrative matters of Hidden Hills Equipment Group and overseeing the sale of used construction equipment and replacement parts. She became involved in her profession because her family was in the business. She attributes her success to her hard work and to the support she receives from her mentors and colleagues.

Ms. LeRoy-Schild earned her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management from the University of Cincinnati College of Business in 1990. She gives generously of her time to the Florence Elks Lodge 1858 and Riverfront Kiwanis and supports the Defenders of Wildlife and The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She hopes to expand her business in the future.
