Didriks Sets Table to Benefit Aids Research at "DIFFA Dining by Design Boston 2008," December 5th and 6th

    CAMBRIDGE, MA, December 12, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Didriks, a Cambridge MA based retailer of premium housewares and outdoor furniture teamed up with Boston interior design firms Carroll Design Studio and Leslie Saul and Associates to furnish a table at "Dining By Design," an event, put on at the Boston Design Center by DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS).

Nichole Carroll (www.carrolldesignstudio.com) and Leslie Saul (www.lesliesaul.com) put their ingenuity to work to design the table layout using pieces selected from Didriks' collection of tableware. Items selected by the designers for the table included unique Scandinavian glass pieces by Kosta Boda, Orrefors, and iittala table settings. Guests could attend a cocktail party in the event space on Friday evening December 5th, and a full dinner in the designed spaces on Saturday evening December 6th.
