/24-7PressRelease/ - FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, October 07, 2005 - WebStream (webstream.net), announced the release of a new Radio Station Managers Control Panel for radio operators and station managers to use in managing their streaming broadcast players and accessing associated services and support. By logging into the new portal, users can now generate customized banners and players on the fly to add to the site of stream origin.
Users can create an account and player and add their station logo, slogan, customer banners, etc. The site banners and buttons that spawn the players are in Flash, and are in various sizes, but can also be resized to fit anywhere on a site and blend right in or stand out, depending on the desired look/feel. A new stats package tracks all listeners and gives each user valuable reporting and demographic information in the form of charts and graphs that can be sorted monthly, weekly, daily...right down to the hour. An easy to use menu and selection pages allow the ability to set up a new player in minutes. In addition, once set up, the player is automatically live...all the user has to do is insert the new code into the web site where the player is presently generated. Banners and players can be changed and reconfigured anytime on the fly.
Users now have the option to sell banners on the new player. The banner option can be used to create a brand new revenue stream for the station, or can be used as an incentive to advertisers in the local market to buy airtime packages. As many banners as wanted can be added to the system and they will randomly rotate, keeping track of all views and traffic for each one. Pricing and frequency is controlled by the user. The new Control Panel also provides the ability to track banner views and banner click throughs, giving the user the ability to know which banners are working and which ones are not. In tandem with the stats program, users are able to show value and charge accordingly.
