Due to take place on the bank holiday weekend between May 23rd and 25th, the event will feature Mat Follas, 2009's Masterchef winner, who will be cooking up a storm live on stage.

"He will be joined on stage by Michelin star and top chefs from leading restaurants, who will prepare their favourite dishes, inspire you to try new recipes, and give you hints and tips on how to improve your cooking skills," the organisers explain.

Other attractions due to be featured at the event include a local produce market, which will include fresh ingredients, as well as masterclasses based around certain gourmet grub, such as champagne, sushi and cheese.

Meanwhile, younger guests will be able to try their hand at creating a meal with a Cooking with Kids course.

People heading to the showcase will be able to access the site between 10:00 and 18:00 BST, giving them plenty of time to take in the array of attractions before heading back to one of the wide range of luxurious London hotels.

Tickets cost 15GBP for adults and concessions are charged at 10GBP.
