Rapid E-learning Provider, Atlantic Link Certified as a Top 20% Performer

    WALTHAM, MA / ATLANTA, GA, May 06, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- During the recently awarded General Services Administration contract (GSA), Atlantic Link has been certified as a Top 20% Performer based on the Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) survey responses of its reference customers. The rapid e-learning software provider's PPE score of 96/100 demonstrates outstanding overall customer satisfaction relative to similar companies. The evaluation was performed through the Dunn & Bradstreet Open Ratings Systems Review.

A stringent process, the Open Ratings Review requires an organization to submit all company data including, operations overview, marketing, sales revenue, financials, and a list of clients who have received services or purchased e-learning authoring tools from Atlantic Link prior to the evaluation. Each year, Open Ratings helps thousands of companies secure contracts with large purchasing organizations such as the GSA by verifying their performance with Past Performance Evaluations (PPEs). The PPE score is based on the survey feedback of between four and twenty verified references. For each of the survey questions, the responses, were rated on a 0 to 10 scale, and were categorized as "positive" (9 to 10), "neutral" (5 to 8), or "negative" (0 to 4).
