WALTHAM, MA / ATLANTA, GA, May 06, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- During the recently awarded General Services Administration contract (GSA), Atlantic Link has been certified as a Top 20% Performer based on the Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) survey responses of its reference customers. The rapid e-learning software provider's PPE score of 96/100 demonstrates outstanding overall customer satisfaction relative to similar companies. The evaluation was performed through the Dunn & Bradstreet Open Ratings Systems Review.
A stringent process, the Open Ratings Review requires an organization to submit all company data including, operations overview, marketing, sales revenue, financials, and a list of clients who have received services or purchased e-learning authoring tools from Atlantic Link prior to the evaluation. "We're very happy that Open Ratings has provided us with such honors and high scores. This is attributed to our on-going commitment with each and every client who takes advantage of our rapid e-learning solutions," said Mark Sharp, VP North American Operations at Atlantic Link.
"The Open Rating process included a series of questions performed by GSA and Dunn & Bradstreet to several non-biased clients to determine an assessment of likely overall performance, and an SIC level benchmark, which indicates where the supplier's Overall Performance Rating falls in comparison to other rated e-learning software companies in its SIC group.," said Sharp.
Each year, Open Ratings helps thousands of companies secure contracts with large purchasing organizations such as the GSA by verifying their performance with Past Performance Evaluations (PPEs). The customer satisfaction metrics that are evaluated include: reliability, cost, order accuracy, delivery/timeliness, quality, business relations, personnel, customer support, and responsiveness.
The PPE score is based on the survey feedback of between four and twenty verified references. This process also provides the U.S. Market and the private & public sectors, a detailed performance rating for key aspects of supplier performance and distribution of feedback. For each of the survey questions, the responses, were rated on a 0 to 10 scale, and were categorized as "positive" (9 to 10), "neutral" (5 to 8), or "negative" (0 to 4).
"We have all heard and felt how tough the economy has been lately. Anyone producing e-learning needs a way to build their courses faster and smarter. Our tools allow everyone involved in the authoring process to collaborate in real-time - from any location and dramatically speed up the development and deployment of e-learning," continued Sharp.
